Bill Our boy-about-town Studio Manager, now pushing 28, is the man to ask about anything digital, electro-mechanical, virtual, AI or hedonism. Has successfully come to grips with running the monster that is Holborn Studios. A lifetime Spurs fan who demonstrates his sense of fair play by employing many, many Gooners.

Thirah Is our Financial Controller and the official Mum to everyone in the Studios. If you need a cuddle, tea and sympathy then head in this direction and also if you have a plant that is in trouble. A self confessed workaholic, Thirah is the one to speak to if you need to speak about invoices, payments, cauliflowers and kings.

Kim

Islington based bon viveur and sophisticated man about town, the whole thing falls to bits when you realise that given his way, he would live in the Emirates ground – for ever. Listens to rock music and he is clearly mad for it, he likes some of the darker sci-fi movies. You will have to judge for yourself if he is tall, dark and pretty , but he is a damned good assistant, anyway.

Sean

The last of the Conmmissary partners, Sean comes along to us from success in the heady world of IT.  His passion to open his own restaurant has taken him far from his former field and he is revelling in this latest challenge.  A very cool bloke under pressure and serves a mean cocktail on occasion.

James

Heat and kitchens are what this young man is about. James and his Commissary cooking partner , Des, can cook everything from the sublime to the mundane.  Never boring and always best quality.  James has been known to spin the odd vinyl south of the river and he also supports Liverpool - it was all going so well up to then.

Des

Too many of them spoil the broth - so we only have the two.  Des is obsessed with getting every tiny detail absolutely spot on for your catering from your breakfasts through lunch to some lovely afternoon teas.  Another football fan who would like to see Steven Gerrard made national team captain, prime minister or king - if the job was going.
